This was our first time to this great Turkish cuisine in Waterloo. We came in tonight they were serving a buffet style meal for the month of Ramadan Kareem. We decided to try it out, so many food options! There was plenty of meat, bulgar, rice, pide, selection of hummus etc. The tables were filled, the place was vibrant, staff was very friendly. Our server Sevil definitely attentive kept checking in on us asking if we are enjoying the food. We started off with lentil soup, then went up to get a variety of things on our plate we both had two servings then dessert. The chicken was so juicy and flavourful just delicious! Just go on an empty stomach so you can enjoy the options! Owner was very friendly we talked about our own experiences in visiting Turkiye and his own experiences it was a very great conversation! I definitely appreciate the attention and detail in their decor! The ambiance very inviting and the lighting of this restaurant is beautiful and bright!

If you’re looking for a hearty and flavorful breakfast buffet, Agha Turkish restaurant is the place to be! I recently visited this gem for their weekend breakfast buffet, which is available every Saturday and Sunday, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The buffet offers an impressive spread of authentic Turkish delicacies, from freshly baked breads, to a variety of cheeses, olives, and spreads. The sweet treats like baklava and Turkish delight, was absolutely delightful. There’s something for everyone, including vegetarian options. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with a perfect blend of traditional and modern decor. It’s an ideal spot for families, friends, or even a relaxing solo breakfast. The customer service was excellent; the staff was attentive, friendly, and always eager to ensure you had a great experience. Another big plus is the ample parking space, which makes it so convenient to visit, even during busy hours. Overall, this breakfast buffet is a great value for money and a must-try for anyone who loves good food and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!

I'm newer to Turkish cuisine, but I'm quickly becoming a fan—especially after trying the mixed platter. We ordered the dinner for two, but the portions were incredibly generous; it could easily feed three adults or even more if you have kids. Everything was well-seasoned and perfectly cooked. If you're looking to try something flavorful and satisfying, I definitely recommend giving this place a try.

We had a fantastic experience here for dinner - thank you to our wonderful server, Arda, who was attentive and very helpful in narrowing down the menu. We split a few courses and were left stuffed with plenty of leftovers! We started with the Mixed Appetizer, which consists of 4 dips and delicious bread. Each dip was very fresh and flavourful. Next we had the Chicken Donair platter, it was enough for the two of us with some to take home. The chicken was perfectly cooked, soft on the inside and crunchy on the exterior. Followed by the Vegetable Yogurtlu Pasta - highly recommend! Nice and creamy, very soft noodles and loaded with flavour. We ended it by sampling a few desserts, which were all amazing (my favourite was the Baklava) I recommend grabbing some friends and sharing a variety of dishes.

Absolutely loved our experience at Agha Turkish Restaurant! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. The ambiance is cozy yet elegant, perfect for both casual dinners and special occasions. The food was phenomenal — everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The mixed grill was perfectly cooked, the lamb melted in your mouth, and the mezzes were bursting with authentic Turkish flavor. Don’t skip the fresh bread and their amazing baklava to end the meal on a sweet note! Service was attentive without being intrusive, and the staff clearly takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a delicious and memorable dining experience in Kitchener. Will definitely be back!

I was told about this restaurant by a friend. We drove from Milton on a Sunday afternoon to try it out. When we arrived, the restaurant was extremely busy and fortunately for us, the hostess managed to find us a table for two. On Saturdays and Sundays, they do a breakfast buffet. We weren’t interested in the buffet and wanted to order from the a la carte menu. Our waitress Noor was sweet, attentive and helpful. The food was wonderfully fresh, and had so much flavor! This was our first time at a Turkish restaurant and we will definitely be back.
